What a peculiar image!  First note the man’s gesture and the woman’s, well I’m not sure what the woman is doing, but she’s looking at the man.  Feminist and misogynist accounts vary on the interpretation.  As they do I’m sure on what this does could or ought to say about western ideals of body type.  Second, while keeping the first in mind, note that this is the image that was put on the Pioneer satellites.  Look all I’m saying is, if this is what we want aliens to think of us… Thirdly, and this is what originally drew my laughter, note the conservation status: “Least Concern”.  I assume each interprets this differently?
