Contraction

For whatever reason we need “it is”.  Which is strange.  More strange is that we have a contraction: it’s.  Why don’t we have one for is it?  is’t.  Wait, why don’t we have a form of english that speaks predominantly in contractions?  Other languages have hum speech, or whistle speech.  Pig Latin!  There’s Pig Latin, so why no cont’spk?  Mike?
